What is a pilot?
The pilot is a period of time in which the Stanford Groups website will be available to a limited number of groups before being released to all alumni. During this time, you may see improvements to the experience and the addition of new features, groups and members. We'd love to hear your feedback.
When will new clubs and groups be added to Stanford Groups (Pilot)?
We plan to migrate all groups to use Stanford Groups by the end of 2021.
Can I invite another alum to Stanford Groups (Pilot)?
Yes, other alums are welcome to join events and pilot groups that are included in Stanford Groups (Pilot).
I don’t see all alumni events on Stanford Groups (Pilot). Where are they?
Only events for pilot groups will appear on the Stanford Groups (Pilot) website. For all other alumni events, visit the SAA website.
Where can I go for help with Stanford Groups (Pilot)?

When you’re ready to use Stanford Groups (Pilot), you’ll be asked to log in with Stanford Pass. Stanford Pass is your single secure account for accessing your events, profile, alumni email and directories, and more. To log in with Stanford Pass, simply use the same credentials as your alumni account. If you don’t know or remember those credentials, please submit a help ticket.
